By accessing or using jacrestoration.com (the "Site"), operated by Jac Water and Mold Restoration ("J.A.C.," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
Description of Services
This Site provides information about our water damage, mold remediation, fire damage, roof leak detection, and hurricane damage restoration services, and allows you to request a free inspection. Submitting a request through this Site does not create a service contract; the scope, pricing, and terms of any restoration work will be provided separately once we assess your property.
Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting a request. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using automated means without our permission.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By submitting your phone number through our contact or inspection request form, you consent to receive text messages from J.A.C. Water & Mold Restoration related to your request. Message frequency varies but will not exceed approximately 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of J.A.C. Water & Mold Restoration or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
No Warranty
This Site and its content are provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the information on this Site. Any actual restoration services are governed by a separate agreement with J.A.C.
